*** JOB DETAIL:
This position shall support section manager to perform the administration activities in order to achieve the section target with roles and responsibilities as:
- Control & follow up the execution service contracts of Security, Cleaning, Gardening, Transportation Vehicles, Living Waste treatment, …
- Be reponsible for preparing the uniforms, calendars, mid-autumn cakes, tet gifts … as plan
- Support to organize the Company events & activities such as: Outing trip, New year party, Sports, Birthday, CSR, …
- Support to make plan and carry out the decoration & renovation jobs when needed
- Handle tasks to meet ISOs requirements: make & control work instructions, procedure, process and other documents related to Administration activities
- Support to train safety & deploy concerned regulations to contractor workers
- Join the Emergency Response Team of company and support line manager for responding the emergency case when occurred in responsible areas
- Other concerned assignments
