We may also legally collect a candidate's personal or non-personal information through our affiliates, business partners, and from independent third parties. If a candidate uses any social media feature or forum, or on our website, an application provided by us, or through a social media provider, we may access and collect candidate information through social media providers according to their policies. Using a social media feature, we may access and collect information pre-selected by a candidate and included it in his / her profile or account on social media, including but not limited to candidate's full name, gender, birthday, email address, address, location, etc. Our access to this information may be restricted or blocked due to the candidate's privacy settings with the relevant social media provider.
Why do we collect candidate personal information and how is this data used?
Personal information data is collected for the following purposes:
- Process, administer, apply and execute recruitment-related inquiries or actions provided through the forms available on our website or any other documentation the candidate submits to us;
- Carry out new design or enhancement of existing products and services offered by us;
- Communicate with candidates including sending candidates information related to accounts the candidate has at our company or changes to this privacy statement;
- For the purpose of data connection, internal operations and administrative management;
- Assist in law enforcement, police investigations or other levels of government or legal authorities and satisfy requirements set forth by applicable laws and regulations or other obligations committed with these agencies;

To whom will candidate personal information be provided?
Personal information will be kept confidential but may, where permitted by law and if such disclosure is necessary to fulfill a request or any purpose for which the personal data was collected may be provided to to the following parties (regarding our policy on the disclosing of candidates' personal information for recruitment and marketing purposes, please see the " Use of Personal Information Data for Recruitment Purposes and Recruitment Advertising ":
- An authorized person to act as an agent of SCG in connection with the distribution of SCG's products and services;
- An agent, contractor or third party (internal or external to SCG) having recruitment demand.
- An agent, contractor or third party service provider (internal or external to SCG) including SCG's service delivery agents.

If permitted by law, a candidate's personal information will be provided to the partners, affiliates mentioned above, which may be based in Vietnam or outside of Vietnam. Use of Personal Information Data For Recruitment and Advertising Purposes
In addition to the foregoing purposes, SCG may, if permitted by law, use a candidate's name and contact information for recruitment and recruitment purposes including but not limited to the submission of information regarding the recruitment of SCG. If you are asked to give your consent, and the candidate has provided confirmation, then the candidate may still withdraw consent to SCG's use and provision to a third party with the candidate's personal information for direct recruitment purposes, in such case SCG will discontinue using or providing such information for direct recruitment purposes.
If the candidate has confirmed and would like to withdraw the confirmation, please notify us in writing at the address stated in the "Right to Access to Personal Information Data" section. Please give details of personal information related to the request in this withdrawal notice.
Use of Data Processing Tools
The data processing tool is the only detection tool on a candidate's computer or other devices through a web server, containing information that can later be read from the server providing the candidate this tool. SCG may use a variety of processing tools on various websites managed by us. Information collected (including but not limited to: candidate's IP address, (and domain name), web surfing software, types and configurations of candidate web surfing tools, language settings language, geographic location, operating system, website references, web pages and content viewed, and time spent) are used to compile the statistics of visitors and website references to help us know what to change for better candidate's experience on this site. Such information is collected anonymously and cannot be known by the candidate. We use this data only for site upgrades and modifications. These processing tools can also enable our website to record a candidate's visit and priorities, and tailor the site to suit the needs of the candidate. Data-processing tools for advertising purposes allow us to provide more relevant advertisements on our websites, for example by choosing an ad template based on candidate interest, or block advertisements with the same content continuously sent to candidates.
