Job Description

  • Prepare and execute sales strategy, sales plan, customer segment, list of prospect customer
  • Manage sales team to achieve sales strategy and plan as committed
  • Maintain and visit existing customers to achieve revenue plan as well as acquiring new opportunities/customers to serve logistics service solutions.
  • Expand customer portfolio, customer segment, service range
  • Acquire customers' requirements and design logistics solution with carrier management team and operation team. Then offer logistics service solution to the customers.
  • Coordinate with Operation team, LPC, carrier team and accounting team to provide services in accordance with the service level agreement or standard process and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Execute sales direction and strategy with individual operation/customer.
  • In charge of Logistics Development to improve efficiency of service.
  • Study new project with SCG key core businesses, strategic customers, and potential customers
  • Monitoring and collecting payment from customers as the committed credit term.
  • Reporting Sales Progress/Result/Plan, customer satisfaction/feedback, market situation to Management.
  • Supporting for other Jobs and new project that is assigned by Management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Sales & Marketing or related field
  • Over 5 years’ experience in Logistics /. Sales & Marketing field
  • 3 years’ experience as Sales Manager
  • Computer skills: good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skill, willing to work as a team.
  • Good communication and collaboration in English
  • Be able for business trip
  • Good human relationship with the fresh and active criteria
