Job Description

- Work with vendor on stationery, mail services, transportation, taxi cards and office operations services, ensuring services are provided on time.

- Ensure administrative processes are carried out such as looking after company documents, staff files, leave trackers, timesheets, service contracts and so forth.

- Manage timely utilities payment (Telephone, Post, Office rental …)

- Support to set up new office such as properties, finger scan, stationery and so on

- Other tasks are required from Department Manager

Job Requirement

- Having at least 01 year of experience in Administration, Office Administration or related experience. 
- University/College graduated with major in Business Administration or related majors.
- Proficient in office computer skills such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint...
- Able to communicate in English
